(Spring) Game Week

4 of us are going, planning on leaving Omaha around 9am.
Think we are going to do an old school bar crawl before the game, just to catch up and have fun.
For the game, I just am happy that it will be a real game. I hope (and assume) it will have real scoring too, not all those lame points for a sack or a fumble...

I want to see who they might be messing with at fullback!
Also looking for a defense that's not as bad as some here we're predicting. Hopefully guys are flying around and it's full of contact

I hope it’s competitive back and forth. I don’t want to see one side of the ball totally dominate. Because, of course the narrative will be how much the other side sucks. I want to see some big runs and accurate throws, but I want to see a D that swarms to the ball.
Evidence that Wynn, The Nutsmasher and Buckley can play a significant number of snaps against Big Ten opponents.
have said it before and have yet to see any evidence to the contrary:

I think you're right since both arrived in the summer, rather than before spring ball last year.
I've also read positive things about all 3 of those guys in the spring, but we're still thin on the DL, so even if all 3 of those guys are game ready, it still only gives us 4 or 5 guys to rotate on the DL (adding those 3 + Robinson and Jeudy, bit im not sure Jeudy even plays the same position as the other 4).
Whether the 3 of my 4 homeschool kids I am taking to the game can navigate socially in a big crowd without having to jet back home and cower in a basement closet. (OT reference from a couple months ago).
Assuming a success for the above, I have generally been intrigued by the DBs. Would like to see good coverage from the CBs and maybe a helmet flying off due to a hit by one of the safeties. (hope it is a walkon RB and not one in the top 4 rotation...)
Creeping back up to the 50's now...if the wind dies down and it is 55 and sunny, it should make for a big difference in terms of butts in seats.
One nice thing is having enough QB depth on the roster and CT waiting in the wings is that you don’t have to be quite so petrified of a serious QB injury in a scrimmage. Hopefully even though they’re live the D doesn’t do anything stupid.
