2nd team defense looks a lot better than 2nd team offense. But that shouldn't be surprising he said he wants to play 18 to 19 guys.
I was 8 years old never been to Nebraska. I lived in Mississippi. But my first college football game to watch on TV was Nebraska vs Miami in 83. Its not divisive. It's my reason for loving Nebraska football.
Doesnt impact anyone else. If anything it signifies that I thought the school was very inclusive.

I’m far from an affirmative action advocate but I was hopeful that our new staff would reflect our roster. Early black QBs endured quite a bit. The criticism I recall was a little harsher early on when they struggled

Smothers probably needs to consider a position change but he’s a darned nice insurance guy at QB. Torres is probably the odd man out.
