Blazers start a tough stretch starting with Lee on Friday at Spotswood. Lee in my opinion are much improved from last years team and will play well if they can take care of the ball in the second half. Going to be a better game than most think. On Saturday they travel to Petersburg and will have to bring it to them early or they will be in big trouble. I know they are not ranked but what most people in the valley don't understand is teams they play day in and day out are much more athletic than what they see in the valley. So Petersburg is gonna be a tall task for Blazers I think. Next 5 games after Lee are on the road. Harrisonburg, Broadway, Altavista and Turner Ashby. Then A tough Fort Defiance team at home. The Blazers are not deep and that worries me about this team. But I do think they play more together this year. They are led by 5'7 Sr. point Khalil Davis who gets up the floor. 6'2 Jr to Justin Kier who is a game changer and a mid major player right now in my opinion and is getting better each game. This kid can flat out play. 6'3 Sr. Kevin Saylor will surprise a lot of people that has never seen him play. This kid can get off the floor and worked hard on his shot. 5'11 Jr. Malik Davis is the defender and probably leads them in steals. 6'1 Soph. Irvine is a solid shooter. Coming off the bench is 6'2 jr. Kobe Davis, 6'1 jr. J. Morris, 5'8 soph. A. Hunter and 6'5 Jr. Conklin. Good luck to all.
