I know I know but

I just watched our highlights on sportscenter. And they showed more on the end of the game about Hagans and Johnson with the refs reviewing than anything. She basically made it out that the refs screwed over Arkansas. Little Lee 4 minutes ago

Trying to take focus of Duke getting beat.

Have to sling mud somewhere.

Hagans has a 3 foot box he has tn keep one foot in. It was close but he more than likely was still in the box.

The video wasn’t clear on who the ball touched last. You can infer but that can’t overturn. Not to mention he got ran through to cause it to start with.

They have become the propaganda wing for Duke basketball.

Four of the first six articles on their page earlier in the week featured Duke. The headlines after being beaten by VT was "Without Zion Duke Loses" - seriously - that's the damn headline - no mention that VT was also without one of their star players.

It's like they own stock in Duke basketball.

The best way to look at opposing fans/media whining when we win is:

good, we beat them twice

in the game, and then they wasted their time worrying and bitching about it

No reason to let it bother you - just let it bother them.

That's what sells. Not the #4 team gutting out a big win after throwing a goose egg in the first half.

They did the same thing after the LSU game - gave pretty much zero credit to LSU for taking it to UK, totally focused on the end call.

Yeah, the excuses are flying all over the place for duke this morning. It's so ******* ridiculous! Other than that blown goal tend against LSU, we NEVER hear excuses for us when we lose. LMAO at the media hinting that the refs screwed our opponent. We get screwed by the refs more than any other team in the country and it isn't even remotely close!

Literally the only time I've ever heard it. Was actually shocked, floored even.

ESPN is just trying to find some controversy and stir the pot. They cheer lead for Duke and for whoever is playing any other top team. I watched a little bit of the Duke- VaTech game last night and they were slurping them so bad. Someone might want to head to the ESPN headquarters this morning and check to see who is on suicide watch right now. If Zion continues to sit, the whole network might spontaneously combust.

As for their coverage of UK's game, this is typical. Nothing to see here.

It is all about staying relevant and getting as much viewership as possible = more $$$$

The less people watch = less $$$

Solution: Don’t Watch

I want ESPN to do a special this April on UK winning the title. That's the only segment I'm looking forward to.

Oh, and follow it up with a segment on Hagans/Herro returning for their sophomore years.

Then a third segment on Todd/Brooks committing to Kentucky.

During Duke game they were talking about poor Zion being out and had a split screen showing him on the bench. After they went back to the calling the game they still kept the split screen showing Zion for maybe a minute.

They should have him put on a headset and sit with the broadcast team so we can get his insights. Or maybe have him wired for sound.

ESPN sucks

Lol. I also noticed their obsession with him on the bench. Hilarious.

Hey folks,...word has it UNC was caught red handed cheating by giving basketball and football players straight A's for 19 years. Haven't heard much from ESPN on the subject.

That company needs an annex HQ near Chapel Hill to give them all better access to the Duke and UNCheats coaches and players taints,...far easier for them to bury their faces in it with an office that's close by.

Wow, I haven't watched SportsCenter in ages. Do Kenny Mayne and Dan Patrick still host? Kenny had some funny baseball highlight lines.

Give them a break. If they didn't show that, they would have to show more highlights of Duke losing. Surely you wouldn't want them to have to do that?

I honestly get tired of seeing people question the fandom of other people for doing certain things or not doing certain things, but I also think UK fans should not be watching anything on ESPN unless it’s a Kentucky game. They sh*t all over Kentucky and our fans.
