There is at least one in Council Bluffs taking sports bets. SVP was talking about how much action they already have taken on Nebraska winning the CFP. It was a ridiculous amount in that multiple millions of dollars

I believe horseshoe and harrah's do have an app, but not positive.. I know prairie meadows in des moines definitely does. Ameristar said they were not going to have an app until 2020.

Harrahs and the Horseshoe offer mobile betting. Ameristar won’t be available until next year.

Residents of Nebraska and other states will be able to place sports wagers at Iowa casinos using a mobile app, but they will have to travel to the casino to set up an account in person. And because the app is geofenced within Iowa’s borders, out-of-state bettors will have to cross into Iowa each time they want to place a bet.
