Spielman as punt returner

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Ever since DPE's leg injury has had no confidence and has lost all mojo as punt returner. Spielman should be returning punts. I don't understand how this coaching staff does not see this like I and so many other Husker fans do.

For me a better question is what has this staff done to make DPE tentative. I just get the feeling Riley and company don't know how to coach aggressiveness at any level.
