Speed is needed on the defense too along with qickness, not just on the offense side of the ball. Athletic linebackers and safeties.

Depth and size. That's the difference between P5 and G5. The goal should be to develop guys as fast but 5-15 pounds heavier and more of them. USF looked more like a P5 team than UCF from a size standpoint to my untrained eye.
