You can report the profiles, but I don't know if it does any good. It's overwhelming. Hope it can get cleaned up before the fall season starts.
Been using the ignore feature, but yeah, constantly new names creating the posts... So bad. Hopefully it's cleared up for good soon when the fall season begins.
