Southside gets 1st win in 1A playoffs

Southside beats Northside 20-0 tonight, Southside will travel to #1 North Duplin next Friday for 2nd round play. North Duplin beat Southside earlier this year at Southside 35-6, but Southside has improved, so it should be a good game. Good luck the rest of the games playing Friday night.

Not sure, but there were several games played last night 4A Laney lost to Middle Creek, 2A Farmville Central lost to Wilson Beddingfield, & 1A Northside lost to Southside

Many schools are out today in observance of Veterans Day which is Saturday.

Sounds like Southside ran wildcat last night. ND has to forget about earlier game and approach the playoffs as a new season.
