Looks like a mismatch tonight although they did have a 100 point game in a win over Tougaloo, they were destroyed by Texas and Nebraska

40-29 at half - way too many to - 10, and allowing SU to shoot well 50%. TI shooting 63% and leads rb 14-8

Thanks, hoquat63 for filling in the blanks as I am limited to NBC updates, which seem to become less frequent during the second half of our games.

Now 71-48 with just over 5 minutes remaining. That's enough points for them, ladies.

It seems to be a mini-SWAC-B1G night with Wisconsin taking on Bama
State and leading 25-18 early in the second quarter.

Yup, that is what NBC is showing after a bit of a delay. So Southern must have scored the final 5 points of the game. Hopefully, RU cleared the bench and gave everyone a chance to play.

Yes everyone played except Noga who was not dressed. Coach post game interview said they wanted to give players experience, could have won by more. Arella led scoring with 19, Mack and Wallace also double figures.
Surprised SU was SWAC champs last year with 20 wins.

by holding Southern to 58, they kept another team under their scoring average (59) -- one of the most useless statistics they keep repeating
