They implement the same pass d strategy and motivation as last week we are toast.

Too bad Chins whole game plan revolves around defending Rondale. Now that he’s out, he’s screwed since he doesn’t know how to adjust

Who? Cam, LJ, Boootle, Dismuke, and JoJo? That would get more of our 'better' players on the field and JoJo is a hybrid LB/S anyway.
That’s what we did last week, but JoJo doesn’t cover that well. I would like to see us do what we did against NW and move Bootle into Nickel and play another CB.

Freshman WR David Bell is a good player. Enjoyed watching him in Kinnick for the Iowa game.

Nebraska at Purdue reminds me of the Illinois game. Road game for Scott Frost.

Nebraska won last time 25-24. Tom Kakert suggested 28-27 this go around.

Purdue should cover spread, but like in Ames for Iowa, a one point Huskers win in West Lafayette?

Bell is in... bad for our linebackers.

Bells one of those true WRs. He won’t play slot often... so the LBs will be fine. It’s those slot guys we have to worry about. And call me stupid but I’m not to worried about a true freshman WR in this very cold weather today. He may tear us apart and I might be wrong...but I have a feeling Lamar Jackson and D Bootle will handle him well.

Pregame crew is saying he may play.

I didn’t see him warming up at all. But we will see. Regardless, his hamstring was hurt and if he’s still questionable, I can’t see him doing to well if he does play. Guys like him and Wandale Robinson, they use those legs for jukes and all that. With a bad hammy...he should be limited.
