That is what I thought. Plus the eagle matches the eagle on the seal except the head turns let. I thought the direction of the eagles head was determined by war vs peace?
Which does it resemble the most? Why not just copy the exact eagle from the seal? Why turn the head? Why alter it to even give a resemblance to a NAZI eagle?

I ran a search (granted, a very quick search), and could only find this as an example of an American eagle.......This doesn't look like the NAZI symbol, but the other t-shirt does have a lot of similarities.

Agree. It does have a certain similarity to nazi symbol. Exception being American flag and the eagles wings being different position than the nazi one, plus the claws are different. Similarity is the circle being held by the eagle.

And my point from the beginning was this: Why would the designer even use something that would REMOTELY promote people from making this claim? Someone has to be smart enough to tell the designer "dude, uh, maybe we shouldn't do this".
