The team finished 4th yesterday in stroke play and is playing Kentucky in the 1st round of match play today. Avery won her match a little while ago 5 and 3. Izzy is up in hers, SJ down in hers, with the other two currently tied.
We won our first match, play the winner of LSU South Carolina next in the semis, right now LSU is up in that one. We really want LSU to win that one as the 8 seed and take South Carolina out.
I believe the next match is on SEC Network at some point this afternoon. Not sure when coverage starts. Julia and Ingrid going against each other, two of the best amateurs in the world.
Dawgs win! On to the championship match tomorrow! Outstanding play especially at the end.
Not a big golf watcher so got a question. In this format, is it just who wins the most head to head matchups out of 5 or does it matter how many strokes you win/lose by?
