Moos has nothing to do with the schedule.. Sure the conference will announce sometime during the day..
If there will only be 2 cross division games then you can almost bet these are the teams we will get.

And since we already had Ohio St, Penn St and Rutgers on the original schedule, I would bet one of these will be taken off and if we play Penn St the game should be in Lincoln.. Fans or no fans..
Early indication is also that all games will be played in current stadiums but **for now** with no fans. Everything is fluid.
Each team will play eight regular season games and play a "tournament game" against the team from the other division of corresponding finish after end of season. 1 vs 1 2 vs 2 and so on. Therefore each team will play nine games. This per Barry Alverez.
Personally, I don't want to hear any complaints from NU about schedule no matter what it is. Coach Frost said we want to play. IF they gave us OSU every week the complaining better come from OSU
So they're saying 9 game schedule but then alvarez says 8+1. So the 9th game or the 8+1 is the ccg??
They aren't this smart...but here is what they would do if they were smart, and if they want the best chance at teams in the playoff.
Take the top 2 from each conference preseason, Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin and Minnesota and give them the bottom 2 from each conference, Maryland, Rutgers, Northwestern and Illinois.
Then schedule the middle 6 teams in round robin, Michigan, Indiana and Michigan State alongside Iowa, Nebraska and Purdue.
Here's the big part, crossover games should have 0 implications on the CCG or seeding for the final week, that only comes from division games. This also makes it FAR less likely for repeat games in week 9 and means you could easily end up with two 8-0 teams playing for the CCG and two 7-1 teams playing in the 2nd place game, giving the B1G a better chance of vying for a national title at the end of the year.
Week 8 should be primarily "rivalry week" with games lined up like this

schedule going to be the same as the one they had made for 2020. nebraska cross overs were osu, psu, rutgers. now it will be 2 of those 3. so you hope to keep rutgers
