I believe that if possible, staff would like to have first name at each position but does have good back up plans for each.

There are a few others that staff continues to talk to but for now this may be the working list.

I think this is spot on. Also think we will probably keep visits for some plan C guys at OLB and CB

According to an article about Dominick Watt recently, he was told the staff was still going after one more receiver.

I saw somewhere that Nikko Hall was listed as a DB instead of a WR. It caught me off guard. I agree with you. I could see him coming as a DB.

I wouldn't count on getting JJB or Tannor. Baldonado could be the one we end up with at OLB.

I also think there's a good chance we land Tago, who could end up at OLB depending on our QB depth.

As I mentiond they continue to visit with others but this is the top list.

Tago might not wait and commit to Utah

There's a big boy in Tyrone Sampson from Michigan who is a Nebraska lean. A 295 pound center with 4 stars visiting Feb. 2nd.

Bell is committing tommorrow- NU has backed off and actually in a position of having to actually say no to some very highly ranked players- this one a 4 star (Sampson) He wont be the last really desireable player that wants to play here that NU will have to say no to.

He's a very confident closer and burning the midnight oil
Players pick up on and admire- want to follow that

I remember a few other ex QBs that made a big splash at NU on both defense and other positions on offense.

And we're clearly not done at WR, we just offered Jalen Nailor from Bishop Gorman (Tyjon Lindsey and Nick Gates' school). Seems like Michigan State is the heavy favorite for him though.

They may not have room for either. Rumor is they only have two spots left and they are in the hunt for two big time OT's and got a CB today for a WR and one a couple days ago for a DE.

JJB is way more than Ohio St not having room, the family genuinely likes Frost and staff a lot, trust him/them, better fit in 3-4 vs 4-3, and a positive looking depth chart for him at Nebraska.

I gotta think that we are the front runner now with Ohio State being out of the picture. He doesn't have any visits lined and he's already visited us. Is he recruited for LB or DE?

We are recruiting for OLB, OH State for DE

Frost supposed to be in home tomorrow night (I believe)

AtM still trying for a visit
