I agree 100%. So what is it? Poor recruiting. Good recruits not panning out? Bad development? Bad coaching? Thoughts?

It's the issue, but do you seriously not know the answer to your questions?

Youth. No seniors, Hixson and Jurgens have just started their third game, and Jurgens was a TE till a year ago. Good frosh class should be ready to be provide depth next year, but we're thin this year. Better hope Jaimes is OK.

If you look at most positions the younger the players get the more talented they are...this doesn't really work on the line because it is a development position...and fortunately the Davis twins developed on defense because we would be facing the same issue on the other side of the ball. We have a historically weak junior and senior class...and the oline needs junior and seniors...I also wonder if they are not quite fit for frosts scheme but I don't know enough about what he looks for in lineman to make that judgement.

The offensive line isn't great by any means, but I still think they are way better than they were week 1.

Losing our best OL won’t help anything. Fingers crossed Jaimes is OK.

Still paying for coach Cav development. We have a lot of youth. I think this line can be a strength though in years to come.

Agree. In a year or two, we could be very good up front. Hopefully it happens in time to catch the backend of the talent we have at skill positions and we don’t have to to wait for the next gen of skill players to see them mesh.
