This board is calling Deion low IQ yet somehow he was able to raise or train two highly D1 players, and keep probably the most versatile player in America happy in one of the worst places to play. So whatever Deion is...he isn't an experienced,dedicated college football coach..but he isn't dumb. We would love to have his kids playing for NU, and would love to have him cheering on the big red, selling NU to recruits, and we would love the smack talk as long as it was backed with good play, as it mostly is by the Sanders brothers and Hunter. Whatever you want to say about the "culture", I've see the Huskers fall behind by 28 on the road to a superior team many times, and never lose by 18... MANY times under Bo, once under Rhule, too much under Frost where the team just gave up. Colorado didn't do that.

At this point I don’t even see him being a 1st rounder, unfortunately he will be drafted by someone I just hope it’s not by my team. If I had to guess he will go in the 3rd round, he will not test well at the combine, and he will surly struggle in the interview process. There will be a team that has a good culture that will think their veterans can reel him in and will take a flier on him, but I don’t even see a team that needs a QB drafting him, they will all go a different route.

Deion is a narcissist egotist and runs his yap too much. His only success as a coach was when he had three five star players at an HBCU school at an FCS level. I’ve been clear over several threads what I think of him. Watching his son’s act outside of the actual game itself, he thinks like dad. Gifted talent, thinks he is 10x better than he is at least. Will have another 1-2 McCarver moments like daddy did when someone said something about him he didn’t like. Maybe he’ll leave the field early again. Concussion protocol would have been for him to leave before he did. That was safe yourself embarrassment and he even screwed that up.

And that's a big part of my beef with Prime and his two boys.
Prime was the head of a private high school academy that his sons attended. Prime had a rule prohibiting cell phones in school. Shilo was using his and the school janitor/security guard wanted it. They got into a physical beef, Shilo knocked the guy to the ground and permanently disabled him. Guy sued Shilo and got an 11 million judgement but then Shilo declares bankruptcy. Oh, after the incident Prime gets his hands on the school security video of the incident and it manages to disappear.
All three Sanders can swirl down a toilet for all I care. Human debris.
It'll be interesting to see how this season shakes out. Their D, although not good, are also not horrible. Just a look at their schedule, they may have some opportunity just because they do have some fire power on O. To me they could be anywhere from 5 to 8 wins. Next year they are going to fall off a cliff though.
Baylor (W) - Baylor is bad, and I can see Colorado winning this
UCF (Toss up) - Haven't watched a lot of UCF, but I think this will be a shoot-out
KSU (L) - KSU is solid and I think will beat up CU
Zona (W) - They looked bad on D, and Hunter can shut down their big time WR
Cincy (W) - Haven't looked real strong this year
Texas Tech (Toss up) - Depends what Tech team shows up, but think they can get it done. Could be a win
Utah (L) - Utah should smack them.
Kansas (Toss up) - This could be a W. Kansas looks a little bit lost without their OC, but still think Leipold is a better coach.
OSU (L) - I hope Gundy lights em up.
