Seems the raise they will receive 2% will be lost to health insurance .
It isnt because of health care changes. Governor has already proposed stopping that and the teachers are still striking. Honestly I dont support the teachers at all.

I don't know all the facts , but I do believe we as a state or country should stop spending money on illegals welfare & give some of the money to the teachers

I’m not surprised at all. You’re a piece of ****.

The teachers got a 1% raise, which isn’t even enough to keep pace with inflation AND their health insurance premiums are going up. The legislature told the teachers a few years ago that their pay raises would be meager but promised to keep their health insurance premiums in check. The legislature didn’t keep their promise and the governor has went along with it.

The teachers are paid poorly to begin with.

It’s like they’re facing the same problems as industry people have been for the last 10 years. Hahaha welcome to the real world that the rest of us lived in under your boy Barry.

You are so right, they voted for it ...i haven't received more than .10 cents on a pay raise for years ...it all goes to insurance ....someone has to pay for the free stuff & it's the working class

So shocked you are wrong again.

Insurance changes are being put on hold for another year. Teachers knew the situation when they took the job. Its not like other state employees are getting a raise and just last week the teachers claimed it wasnt the raise they were upset about but the insurance and then after a solution to solve the insurance issue is proposed they still strike.

The next time you address me you need to use you head for something other than penis warming.
