Businesses have an additional 2 years to comply if the initial cost of the sign was more than $250,000. I wonder if McDonald’s sign qualifies for that (because what other sign would? They didn’t put that exemption in there for nothing)

No way that sign costs that much. Building a cell tower is cheaper than that.

I have no idea how much it cost. I’m just speculating, but I know that exception exists and I don’t know who else it might apply to.

You can’t give Strange Brew an exception to what everyone else is required to do.

Do they have a plan for better parking? Would be nice. Lack of parking is the one reason I rarely go to Strange Brew or Churn & Spoon.
