Have you met all the academic requirements to enroll at Nebraska?
“No, not yet. I still have some English credits that I need because I was thinking of coming [to Nebraska] early, but I still need that English class."
All he is saying is he couldn't enroll early because he still needed an English credit, not that he was in danger of not graduating on time.
