Proabably because she’s smart enough not to publicly announce it. It’s an intelligent business decision, especially coming from the state of Iowa. Why piss off half your fan base. However it’s pretty easy to read between the lines but I will respect her for keeping it personal and not blabbing about one political party or the other.
There is also this though.
Relationships with people accused of doing racist things like Theo Von, Dave Portnoy, and Morgon Wallen. She is from Iowa and her dad is THAT GUY at sports games, so she was probably raised republican.

I don't know whether she's a racist but I don't think she's in the mensa club for judging others and currently, for her, it's all about visibility and cash. Morgan Wallen is a vile piece of s hit and you can be a racist and a Democrat although the chances of Caitlin Clark being a Democrat are nearly zero.

She hangs out with Taylor swift and has liked Taylor’s post supporting Kamala. She dates Connor who has many times been outspoken about his support for democrats. But maybe you are correct that she isn’t brainwashed and can form her own opinions despite who she hangs out with and is a Republican. Again, I just wouldn’t put stock in it.
