If what they say is true and Trump didn't understand why we have a military presence in South Korea (and was willing to remove it) then I'm really glad that they took that document from him, shew.

I’m sure there is more to the story, like Trump focusing on repairing the peninsula and him seeing it as a good faith measure to show the DPRK as well as a cost reduction.

With that said, even if that was the case, I wouldn’t agree with that. To make a parallel, it’s akin to what St Barry the Feckless was doing to appease Iran in the process of trying to get a deal done with them. Luckily Mattis, Kelly, Bolton, and Pompeo are in place to advise against these types of actions. We shouldn’t have a repeat of the Obama blunders.

I don’t believe the reporting without adequate context, but to the other question, Trump is the elected Commander in Chief and it’s his call on matters of National Security. You cannot have people doing their own thing.

Hey Mo, if Trump is so stupid how come he made his first Billion before you even got to six figures (if you've ever reach that far), then he's made several Billions more while you're still stuck wherever you are?

I believe some of the reporting.......but.....so what? If you don't think Woodward COULD find some of this type of stuff in other administrations,including Obama's, you are a complete fool. I also don't think you,I or Bob Woodward gets to decide what are "risks" to national security.

Back to your thread topic, I'm glad that there are some in the WH who protect us from Trump's worse inclinations. He's a real estate developer, what does he know about world affairs? I just wish he'd be more curious.
