Did everyone see the article where Dan Orlovsky blames the AAC for the state of UCONN football and basketball? Saw the thread on Twitter. Paraphrased, Says kids used to be promised a chance to play against Syracuse, Virginia Tech and Miami. Telling them they have a chance to play against Tulsa and SMU just doesn’t have the same pull and this why they are struggling.

Hmmm....if I look at total athletic dept performance since we’ve been in the AAC, TU has been better than UCONN. And our men’s basketball record might be better. And our football record might be better. Maybe their coaches just can’t coach.

Yes he’s a b!tch. UCONN football belongs in FCS. He has zero room to throw stones, regardless of the sport.

He's been out with a sickness all year.

In Australia there is some creature that can kill you within 12 inches of you at all times. I doubt whatever he caught came from Tulsa and moved back across the globe with him.

Would we be contending for a national championship if he would have stayed? Nope. But we would be up a few more games than we are now.

Did he get it here or in Australia?

But his start in the NBL hasn't been all that smooth after being diagnosed with glandular fever and having to spend most of the season to date on the sidelines watching from the bench.

"The illness is coming along really well and I feel like I’ve made a full recovery," Magnay said.

"It has been really tough to sit out for so long especially seeing I just arrived at the Bullets and had to sit out almost immediately.

Yea,
Tulsa and SMU is why they can’t recruit coming off a National Championship...

What? Are you my wife?
That’s a lot of words without an answer...

No offense to my wife ;)

I like how the UCONN guy mentions us, but not ECU. We aren’t the problem in basketball. For the love.

Yeah because those kids are clearly pumped to play hoops power houses of eastern Carolina, south Florida, and Tulane. That guy is your typical northeasterner.

And who the f*** gets excited to play Virginia Tech? They’re not a good basketball program.

The dood can’t even give good examples on either side of the aisle. That’s how I know he’s a whiny b8tch

The same guy came out later and said the was thoroughly behind 'Ollie and the boys'. Delusional excuse maker.

If Syracuse, Miami, and V Tech is all you got to be excited about in basketball, that is a sad commentary on a conference. The only one of those teams that would be that fun for Tulsa would be Syracuse, so old timers could heckle Boeheim for losing in the NIT many moons ago.
