Generally speaking they have their years but they aren't consistently one of the better JV teams. With numbers in the 200s the talent kind of comes in waves. Current senior class won the JV title when they were freshmen. Had another really good team that came in 2nd a year or two before that.
They didn't have a great record and most of their losses weren't very close. A few of their better freshmen played up last year, though. It's the smallest school in the conference and every once in a while they have a good group come through, but I would tell you to be "cautiously optimistic." Same with Hayesville after a blowout over Madison. I guess next week will tell a lot more about each when Owen and Hayesville play.
They are all 7-8th graders with 1 freshman. Most of the kids have never played football before
I think heritage will beat the knights heritage beat strong rville team last year by couple scores.
