He could be a real spark for us. I didn’t know he had that kind of pop in his bat. I think our LF competition is over assuming his hand holds up. And, yes, I know his hand is why we had that battle to begin with.

Weight doesn’t matter. He’s not taller than 5’11” right? Obviously a slap hitter being that short.

I watched him play this summer at Cotton States in New Albany.... could tell he had potential... it is a wood bat league so I think he only hit one HR... but he has advantages of SEC weight/nutrition program now.
