It’s over-rated to show a post and announce? It doesn’t seem like it’s over the top with the communication and if the team embraces it that’s what is important. I’m a meh on it all but I don’t think it’s done for us.
We had helmet stickers for qb sacks, solo tackles, fumble recovery & interceptions. You got a cherry coke for a nasty (preferably head first) stick laid on the other team. Late 80s but all were highly coveted. Whatever motivates them, agree it's not for us

I don't mind the single digits whatsoever and think it is cool, but I don't get why they didn't just roll out #1 with the last 4 above. I get that the QB makes the team go, but it does get a little annoying constantly singling out Raiola. The overhype is like Beeno Cooke talking about Ron Paulus.
