Word in Lynchburg, VA is that Mississippi State is a possibility for former Liberty running backs coach Bruce Johnson. Bruce's son and my son go to the same high school and his son said he was talking with State. Bruce coached at Ole Miss with Freeze and was at Indiana before rejoining Freeze at Liberty. Could be Briles type running backs guy. Did he work with John's at Indiana?

As long as he doesn't bring Fallwell or Freeze, or any of their schtick with him, he may be acceptable.
