I do hope Frost is willing to negotiate the buyout down. He has to know he is overpaid and has not delivered good results. It would do a lot of good for Nebraska and make Huskers feel much better towards him if say he is willing to take half the buyout.
Yeah year 4 is a little too late for the "fire all your assistants to buy yourself more time" ploy.
He will either force Frost to fire the majority of his coaching staff or just fire Frost. At this point just firing Frost is the best way to go.
He won’t resign…not with a $20M (I think?) buyout. He believes he’s owed it.
His $20M buyout equates to paying him more than $1M per win while at Nebraska, that’s in addition to the $5M annual salary he received while there.

If he wants to stick with his coaches then get rid of him and put Chinander as Interim HC and ket him keep his Defensive Coaches but he has to get rid of the Offensive if he wants any chance of keeping the HC title.

Nope he is done after this year barring a miracle. If he can somehow get us to 6-6, ok keep him, but we all know that won't happen.
