Your minimum demands are unreasonable. Hopes and dreams are fine. Patience!
Really? 6 wins and a top 40 recruiting class by year 3 is unreasonable? Particularly when we have the coach that everyone keeps telling me is the greatest thing since sliced bread and was the best possible hire for Rutgers... what exactly are reasonable expectations then? How long should it take for us to go bowling again?

I’ll actually put it this way, if we’re still winning 3-4 games and struggling to recruit in the year 2023 I will absolutely be on here pounding my chest once again of why Greg was a bad hire while offering quality replacements we should pursue. I hope and pray I’m wrong and it doesn’t happen but I’m not going to sit back and put no pressure at all on Greg to produce when he is the highest paid NJ state employee. You don’t get the highest paying job in anything without having high expectations, my expectations are not high at all compared to the rest of the country.

See I don't agree. After what we've gone through as a program the last person I would want to consider for a candidate as our HC is a guy who hasn't been a successful HC since 2011, embarrassed himself as an NFL coach after leaving us, bounced around analyst jobs for years before becoming a defensive coordinator for a team whose Defense statistically got better once he left....

Barchi: "So Pat, last time we hired a defensive coordinator from Ohio State to be our HC and he bombed so who should we replace him with?"

Hobbs: "Hmm, how about an Ohio State defensive coordinator?"

Barchi: "Great Idea!!!!"

Only Rutgers....

You are pounding your chest right now! Sounds like you are hoping for failure so that you can claim to have been right when you wanted Schiano out the first time.

if you are a true fan, relax and be patient. Schiano will do it right and we will win. 100%
