That sucks for WVU. Happy for JaJuan- he is a good person and is certainly entitled to do what he believes is best for his family and career. But a big loss for WVU.
Really need to fill that position with a florida recruiter.

WVU has been getting bent over by the basketball schools in recruiting, maybe WVU can pluck away one of their guys........
I guess its safe to assume that was the nail in the coffin for harley. My guess is he found out on his official and that was a game changer
At least he waited until signing day, but that does'nt excuse his promise's to his recruits.We gave him a lifeline and, of course, he thought it wasn't enough. I'm sure it's just "business" and not anything else, but you never know!
I would like to see dana go after juluke or craig. Both let fo from LSU, after recruiting a top 7 class. I beleive julike has ties to TT.
Didn't do jack this year and according to Florida hs coaches I know...WVU wasn't a presence this year. I hope we will be alright in Florida, but not seeing a swell of movement. DH will come through I'm sure with some JC recruits out of football rich South Dakota, Maine or Vermont.

Wow you may take the cake for the most negative person on here. And thats saying a lot. If wvu sports make you so unhappy, why not find something else to pass your time.

This really hurts. Seider was our best recruiter by far. We have to replace him with another super recruiter. He did great at WVU and I wish him well
Literally couldn't think of a worse thing to happen to this football program. Worse then losing Harley or ANY recruit. The program isn't going to shut down, but this is crushing if Kool aid drinkers say so or not, in many ways
The demise of Wvu football continues. Florida recruiting pipeline drying up 7-5 will become the new norm. Thanks Fluffer Holgorsen.
I don't think it's that serious. We haven't been pulling many Florida recruits over the past few years anyway. I think we need to really start hitting MD/VA/OH...Maryland cleaned up on state talent this year.
This gloom and doom garbage about losing Seider is absurd. Seider was a very good RB coach and recruiter, but is certainly replaceable. The record indicates that the importance of Florida recruiting more myth than reality. Other than Joseph (2012) and Dillon (2012), WVU has not had substantial production from any Florida recruit since 2012. Even if WVU gets substantial production from Cajuste, Shuler, and Durante in the future, that would be only 5 Florida recruits in 6 years to have a significant impact on the program. While I would agree that WVU should maintain a recruting presence in Florida, the data proves that Florida recruiting is not nearly as vital to WVU football success as many in this forum assert.
Chad Grier (Wil Grier's father) is highly respected in national high school circles and would be an excellent replacement for Seider.
