According to Jackson, the NCAA's e-mail message said, ""If you do not provide a response to all of these requests within the next 21 calendar days, in accordance with the amateurism certification staff, policies and procedures, Mr. Sidney Jr. may receive a certification decision of 'not certified' due to non-response."

Oh well looks like a lawsuit coming by Mr. Jackson.</p>

Time is on the side of the NCAA. If they don't want him to qualify, they can continue to drag their feet. This kid will be playing in Europe for a year and then on to the NBA.

They can't play him unless he is qualified by the NCAA. Rick has no ability to do what you just said. And there is no risk to playing him once he is qualified by the NCAA. We incur no risk from his past and present issues. If qualified, he will come in with a clean slate. We could only get in trouble if there is academic fraud or "illegal" enticements/benefits given to him.

like billy joe bad *** with the media letting the media know "what the NCAA was NOT going to get"..

NCAA'S next move? demand even more than what attorney said he would NOT provide...

sometimes keeping the exchanges between you and the party your dealing with is the best advice...

our chances with Sidney just plummeted.....ain't gonna happen...

MSU's attorney has yet to make any public comment. I am sure he is busy advising and protecting the school. This billy joe bad *** is hired by the sidneys to represent the sidneys and is unaffiliated with the university.

Nevertheless, yes our chances are poor.
