SIAP -Watts won't be at junior days

There is an NCAA rule that prohibits an athlete from going on a visit until the completion of a high school event he/ she is playing in. Watts plays basketball and the team plays a game at 5:30 Saturday evening. By that time the junior day event will be completed.

It’s not as if this staff hasn’t seen Watts in action in the first place..

Plenty of time for the staff to recruit him. Main competition will be Notre Dame..

Because it’s not like he’s taking some red eye across the country to make it to his game. I’m sure the rule is In place for a reason, just seems silly that the kid can’t drive down the road and attend this event.
