They can. We had a customer of ours install LED lights at Cleveland Browns stadium and they can change to the team colors, pink for Cancer awareness, etc. The technology exists.

The Musco light shows will be great. I don't THINK these are RGB... I'm most excited for the field to have a more natural green to it, than the yellow-ish tint it's had in past years.

You could probably do this pre-game and halftime. Any other time would probably be off limits. And I doubt if they would do it at halftime, because of all the people returning to their seats.
