I'd have him on a short leash from here. He fell behind on everyone he faced that inning and they chased ball four twice.

We need one more crooked letter inning. I don't care what our pitching is doing up to this point. Need to take the grand slam for a win out of play. I'd love to get 3 more but think we can win with 4 runs.

In four of the last five strikeouts, the batter swung at ball four. Bednar is pitching well but they are helping him. He's falling behind hitters. Yes, that's a little shaky in a 2 run game.

The all time CWS record is 15 K's over 20 innings. In K's per inning he is ahead of that.

Edit, 20 over 15. Bednar is still ahead.

He has a much better sixth. I'd try to get one more out of him.
