I figure Rosenstein sticking around sigbals Mueller going on a little longer and I would imagine Barr signed off on that.

Just depends on what is causing it. I mean prosecutors are leaving so parts are over and done but anyone under investigation or otherwise involved deserves their rights even if that means delaying the end date.

Rosenstein staying on is to complete one task: review the Page FISA app process, and summarize it back to Barr.
