This guy is in his 40's, from Spartanburg and played at Wofford. He's currently the DC at Texas Tech and has a top ten defense statistically this season. No, we don't need a DC but he's moved up the coaching ranks as he started off coaching at Wofford. I'm not sure if he has head coach aspirations (most do) or if he's ready for that type of promotion but he'd probably like to get back to SC one day. Interesting name to follow.
