This quote right here..... Added Matt Harpring: “When she steps on campus at UNC, she’s got to prove herself all over again, and that’s the motivation she’s carried through her whole life. I love how she competes at both ends of the floor and isn’t just worried about scoring and offense. We’re excited to watch it all happen.” That is what Carolina WBB is about. A suffocating, defensive mentality leading to offense.

So excited for Kate to join a Top 10 Carolina team next season- set to return all but 2 Seniors. This is the year that Carolina returns to the top in the ACC. Next year is the year Carolina returns back to the national stage- where we belong. Exciting times in store for Carolina and in Carmichael!

Great article. I love that Kate is coming to play with our UNC WBB team. She is going to be a great addition.

Kate, Elina, Lanie and Reniya will make a great backcourt. We will have Nyla B and Taliyah and Cierra and Blanca, Laila and Jordan and others. Next year we will be in the hunt for a NC.

So glad Kate will be helping us reach that goal.
