Most coaching contract have morals clauses in them. Typically having a baby with a college aged girl while employed as the head football coach, and while married to a different woman, is not considered morally upstanding.....but what do I know.

In any university this is a fireable offense across the board, any moment there is a power imbalance and can be perceived that way, it's over.
How? He has zero control over her. It is not a prof / student deal. Unless it comes out she was on AD staff, then yeah that is a problem. And is it just because he was married? People are making a big deal about that, but I think that only matters to the Mrs Moore.
Your argument isn't with me, it's with Michigan's admin. Highly paid, highly visible, leadership positions have certain expectations. His contract with Michigan must have included some.

She was a staffer according to reports, this is a big deal. The football coach would be in charge of the entire football operation. You have to disclose these types of relationships.
Think she was on the AD staff which would be a no no. I don't think the married part matters one bit, except to the Mrs
You also run the risk of work place violations including harassment - which can get rather pricey for a deep pocket entity such as the U of M.
I would love to be a fly on the wall to see Matt Campbell's & Fitz' reaction to this. Shoot, either of them could have had the Michigan job had their timing been ONE WEEK better.
