This was certainly the Warriors' best overall performance of the season. With both teams coming off a bye, Sherando outgained Kettle Run 448-154. This was the second state runner-up Sherando has played this year, the other being Loudoun County (6-2), who beat Handley (5-2) last night 35-7. That game was earlier in the season and Sherando won 48-21. Sherando will be a dangerous team in Region D if they can play to the level they did last night.
