It's cool Cal offered already. Cal doesn't offer too many 2 years out this early. No one can ***** about that, that's a pretty early offer for any recruit. I'm glad it's done and I hope Reed pounces on it. I would love to see him and Wagner together in 23. I also hope we go after the other 2 top Ky kids. There is some real talent in the state in 23.
He will be a 5 Star in the very near future.
I expect him to choose UK but apparently it won’t be soon.
Any UK fans hoping that Sheppard might commit to his home-state school — the one he grew up rooting for — on the spot will probably be disappointed.
The 6-foot-2 guard said he wants to go through the recruiting process. He’s taken just two visits so far, to Louisville and Virginia last month. Indiana extended a scholarship offer Friday night. Gonzaga has been in steady contact. Others will probably jump into the mix in the coming days and weeks and months.
“I still have two more years of high school left, and I’m just going to enjoy the process,” he said. “Enjoy talking to every coach that I can. Going to as many campuses as I can. And I have no rush of when I’m going to choose a school. Wherever God wants me to be, at the end of the day, is where I’m going to end up.”

He's got basketball in his blood and can score and defend.... Please Coach Cal, recruit him and play him. Mold him into an elite college/ future nba player.

This is a legacy recruit. His parents both played at UK and were studs. His father won two national titles at UK and is a Kentucky legend in arguably the best era of Kentucky basketball there is. This kid can play and would be a fan favorite.

Some of you really don’t make sense to hang around a UK message board all day. If this kind of kid doesn’t have you jumping out of your seat to “give him an offer yesterday”, then you’re not really what I would call a UK fan. This should be the most fan “friendly” topic on the board and should be understood with ease.
I believe he’s gotten three or four crystal ball picks since yesterday. People that are close to the situation.
I’m just happy he got an offer. Now the ball is in his court and if he doesn’t come here, it’s not because of Cal.
