Don't disagree. I think he's a helluva coach. We hire him instead of Muschamp and hes still here.
Do you think that he would be one of those coaches that we would have an actual chance to hire in a few years?I have always been a S.E. fan and was hoping we would have given him a shot. Couldn't have been worse than Muschamp.
He certainly spoke the truth. A bit of a rant but very respectful.
The Citadel man handled us all dayAlways liked Elliott. He was put into an impossible situation, kept the team together and focused, and played more inspired ball than they did for HBC. Dabo likes to talk about being a few plays away from being undefeated...he's a few plays away from landing a major SEC HC job in my opinion.
UT - Adams fumbles around the UT 20 yd line with about a minute left in the game and we lose by three.
A&M - Lost by 7, Orth throws a pick 6 in the 3rd, and another INT on a potential game tying drive.
El Cid - Can't convert a 4th & 1 with 6 min left down by 1
Those three plays go our way and we're probably looking at a bowl game and better coach than Muschamp instead of a 3-9 disaster and Chump.
