Sham trial?

Guest
So a dozen jury members who were approved by trump’s counsel found him guilty on all 34 charges is a sham trial? How?

An overzealous DA? In the first 15 months of his tenure as DA, Bragg filed 166 counts of falsifying business records against 34 individuals.

Nothing these right wing mouth pieces are spouting is true. Trumps a crook. He will be guilty in 3 more trials. “Your party” is lying to you only because they fear paying more taxes. You are being used as a pawn in their game.

There was no unanimous unfettered jury selection control by the defense you mofos. You guys are lying like your commie heros do on tv.
Jury selection was conducted exactly like it is in every other trial. Even the truth social juror found him guilty on all 34 counts. Everyone knows he’s guilty. The only influential people who are saying it was a sham trial as those who would rather see this country burn if it means them paying less taxes.

I am willing to bet there were at least three maga heads on the jury, with the truth social guy being one of them ( probably the biggest one). I would not doubt if those few held out at first and that the requests to the judge to rehear pecker and cohens testimony and the jury charges were for their benefit. At any rate, the process worked.

One question for you Ahole, would Trump have been charged if he wasn’t running for President?? No!
Another question, was the judge impartial and run a fair trial??? No
Oh and one more. Would a effin Democrat be charged and convicted under the same situation??? No
So STFU

Q1. Yes. These investigations started long before Trump announced he was running. And the reason he was the earliest in ever to announce he was running was so he could claim that these cases were just political.

Q2. The judge was not impartial. Any other defendent would have been jailed for threatening witnesses and repeatedly violating gag orders. He gave trump too much deference.

Q3. Yes. Given that 10000 cases of falsifying business records have been brought in NY since 2015, and NY is a very blue state, I feel certain that one of those was a democrat.

Here endeth the lesson.

Fathers, let this trial serve as a lesson to your sons not to be like Donald Trump.

As the book of Proverbs says, adultery leads straight to the path to hell.

Dont cheat on your wife, especially while your wife is pregnant with your child.
Dont have sex with porn stars .
Dont make hush money payments to cover up the sex you had with a porn star.
Dont falsify documents and loans and corporation setups to cover up hush money.
Dont cover up the hush money to commit other criminal acts, such as affecting a presidential election, especially when you are running for president in that election.
Dont dare the prosecution to indict you.
Dont taunt the prosecution once you are indicted.
Dont request a jury trial when you know you did it, there is ample proof of it, and you will not take the stand nor present a defense.
Dont disrespect and insult the judge when you go to trial, only to stack up multiple findings of contempt.
Dont insult the judge and judicial system after you are found guilty of 34 counts of anything, especially when you will be before the same judge for sentencing just weeks later.

I dare any father to say this is not good advice to give to your sons.

Fair. Just like George Floyd would still be alive if he didn’t commit a crime and do hard drugs, Trump wouldn’t be in this mess if he didn’t cheat on his pregnant wife with a hoer.

Not getting into your ideology, but george would also still be alive if he wasnt wrongfully killed by a cop. You have other causes in your chain of causation so this is a false equivalency. i agree it Would be good father advice to tell a son not to commit crimes, do drugs, or kneel on a guys windpipe for ten minutes after you have him handcuffed with hands behind back and face down on ground.

The point is not to do things that put you in these positions. All George had to do was not spread counterfeit money and not be high on fentanyl. Simple. Of course putting a gun to a woman’s stomach and demanding drugs and money was probably an even more dangerous endeavor, but that just resulted in jail time for him.

And I seriously doubt my kids will be cops, so I’ll focus on not committing crimes, not doing hard drugs and being a faithful spouse. All good advice. And if followed, would have kept Trump and Floyd out of trouble.

Jesus Christ, no. The point is cops shouldn't murder people.

John Edwards was charged with this exact same charge (1 vs 34, instead) and was tried under a Republican appointed judge. And gasp!!! No democrats cried and bitched and moaned like the magas are right now. Unfortunately, he came back with a hung jury instead of a guilty verdict, but at least that gomer was pretty much shunned from the limelight after the trial.

Kind of a bad situation all the way around when speaking of a president's legalities and moralities leads into a parallel discussion of george floyds legalities and moralities.

So true. Two of the most influential names in politics and culture the last 4 years. Both revered by their respective camps. Both morally bankrupt, convicted criminals. Really sad indictment of the country.

Feels like there’s a pretty important difference between the two…can’t quite put my finger on it. Something about one having been a past and possible future president maybe?

Weird comparison to make.

One is not one of them. Not many politicians are truly good moral people. It’s not up to me or anyone to place judge. That day will come. I will take DJT any day over Biden bc the guy loves America. Argue that all you want but Biden has shown no proof that he feels the same. He’s an Obama puppet and Obama is an America hater and the reason we are in this situation.

the reason why djt lies so much is bc of his love for america. It is why he wouldnt return the classified docs. It is why he tried to back rig the election. it is why he paid hush money to porn women. he loves us all so much. only he would do this for the country he loves.

He loves America so much, he was willing to steal my vote because his ego was bruised and now wants to pardon the criminals that tried to enforce it and calls them patriots. He loves America so much that he participated in the peaceful transition of power - oh wait. He loves America so much that he wants to destroy all of our institutions if we put him back in power.
By supporting this pig, AugTig does not love America.

Leftist propaganda. What is your political philosophy in reality? Im guessing hardcore socialist at best and maybe a communist sympathizer at worst based on your posts. Supporting Biden is supporting the destruction of America as we have known it in my lifetime and Im 60. I can guarantee you that I and millions of others will fight that to the end.

For the record, I am a conservative, a nationalist meaning that American interests should come first. I strongly support a strict interpretation of the constitution. I also strongly believe that we have to defend the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic. An attempt to flood our nation with millions of illegals against the will of the people alone qualifies this regime as a domestic enemy imo. An attempt to turn the fbi and doj into a communist like police organization is an act of war on the American people imo. Im extremely pissed off and thats a fact.

i know who you are and what you are. You do not know me. You think you can sum me up as some radical leftist because i dont like the idea of a convicted felon running for president when he already screwed it up once and is still screwing things up. You and I would have immigration reform right now--if it wasnt for the Crook of the Nook hanging around. You can put America first by putting that toxic bastard in jail and save us all. That is putting America first, but you cant see that for dreaming about Trumps Turtle Head Penis all day.

anyone who actually believes there was a shred of legitimacy to this trial is simply too stupid to acknowledge.

then there's the people who understand this was a mockery of the justice system but don't care because they "got" trump. the reality is that all they got him is the election.

idno which group is gonna be funnier to watch when the power dynamic inevitably swings. maybe they'll simply express their staunch belief in the integrity of the justice system* and accept any convictions mindlessly.

*other than the supreme court, of course.

I love this comic ****. What in the world makes you believe DJT "Loves America" ?

He said it? He draped himself in a flag?

This same guy loves America so much he dodged the draft with bone spurs. Sure wanted to serve didn't he?
