He also said UK needed to recruit more white players but took that one down pretty quickly after getting flogged.

Picture a racist preacher that takes pleasure in agitating others. It ain’t a pretty site.

He's a wolf in sheep's clothing and a false prophet. A snake oil salesman.

Seriously? The same crap was spawned about Diallo and they were wrong. Neither you nor I know what’s going to happen with Sharpe.
Tbf, it wasn’t for a lack of trying. IIRC Diallo did get evaluated by the draft to see his stock only to decide after the feedback that he should come back. Im sure if he felt he was a lock to be taken first round he wouldn’t have come back.

Personally they could change every game. I couldn’t care any less about numbers on their jerseys.

Crazy thing is that nobody can say 100% for certain whether Sharpe will be eligible for the 2022 draft or not. All 100% speculation IMO.

The difference is that Diallo was an athlete not a basketball player. Sharpe is a stud basketball player who also happens to have diallo like athleticism. Apples and oranges
The difference has nothing to do with their ability, the difference is that Sharpe isn’t illegible to enter the draft until December 2022, all the fear mongering here is for nothing.

He's wearing #1 in all the official pictures.
What official pictures? He’s not currently listed on UK’s official roster.

Think you might be confusing his recruiting visit pictures where he was indeed photographed wearing #1, but I wouldn’t put any stock in that (especially since CJ Fredrick is already #1).

This is what Givony from ESPN said in the courier journal.

However, Diallo was eligible for the 2017 NBA draft because he came to UK from Putnam Science Academy, where he was playing a post-graduate year. Since he had actually graduated from high school in 2016, Diallo was eligible for the 2017 draft.
That is not the case for Sharpe.
Sharpe will satisfy the NBA's age requirement for the 2022 draft, but since he did not graduate high school until after the 2021-22 season started, he still will not be eligible to be drafted until 2023, according to ESPN NBA draft analyst Jonathan Givony.

I’ve heard about this. I really hope it’s accurate.
