So I didn't watch the game but by looking at the boxscore it looks like SFA won despite Duke getting their usual friendly whistle. The free throws was 40-17 or something like that. The funny thing is the games I have watched Duke this year they do a lot of reaching, hand checking and holding especially Jones so it should at least be closer to 50/50.

Very possible since the line was bigger Louisville likely takes over the top spot

Bet they won't drop 9 spots like we did and they had some other close calls recently But, I'm gonna sleep real good tonight

Looking at the stats, the loss doesn't make any sense. SFA had 20 more shot attempts than Duke yet Duke outrebounded SFA by 6 rebounds. How did SFA get that many more shot attempts if they were not rebounding the ball more than Duke? Duke did have 7 more turnovers than SFA but that still doesn't account for the huge discrepancy in shots.

The free throws is the discrepancy. Duke didn't get shots because they got 23 more free throws.

Just like the Evansville game, I'm not reading too much into this...but yeah, from a point spread perspective this clears BCG of the worse loss in past 15 years

Again, basketball is a weird game....

Life in general is weird. I've laid enough eggs to make a mega hen house jealous.
