Yeah, he rambles quite a bit. I guess you have to when you have so many dots to connect that are scattered. All I got out of it was that he was vouching for TruePundit.

He is trying to imply that a group of FBI people worked with the trump team, wiki and the russians to force Comey to reopen the clinton email investigation. He ignores all of the known fact regarding that investigation. He does pretty much admit that TruePundit has fbi and intel sources.
