Set plays for Booker

Would love to see Cal run more set plays for Booker. Such a great shooter.

Theres very minimal set plays in this offense.

So non-structured. Just the ball being passed around, then when the shot clock hits 10, its either a high ball screen or a forced 3 pointer.


When Booker was hot, the entire team should've made an effort to continue feeding him good looks. I mean, just look at the shot we got at the end of regulation. Cal calls a timeout, then Aaron Harrison attempts the very same shot but even more contested then he did when Cal called it.

I would have loved a backdoor lob play there. Low risk, high reward...maybe they call a foul if it is really obvious. I hate the long 3 there, despite how much range Harrison has.

As great a recruiter and motivator Cal is, he's not the best floor coach in College BB. I'm glad we have him as our coach, though.
