Seriously, how can anyone support this?

The deep state globalists. This is a war unlike any ever fought before. Trump has already declared a national emergency and militarized the border. It's happening.

And if he does that it's completely illegal and you are supporting a coup. Tell me again how you support America.

In all of the world?
I think ever, in the history of the universe. But seriously we joke about it. But if that were your wife or daughter in there it wouldn’t have mattered if it were the only one ever. Point is they both did that at a Y, the Y stated that they allow people to use the bathroom/locker room they identify with and this isn’t cool.

Do you watch the news at all or read the Trump admin updates that I post. Trump militarized the Roosevelt Reservation already.

Exactly how can Trump coup himself Einstein?

Because he is illegally breaking the laws of the United States to take control of the government that isn't allowed under our Constitution. That's a coup.

Not saying he has done this, but if he ignores the courts and insists on not following the laws..... That's a coup.

Enough is enough - it’s time for President Trump to consider suspending the writ of Habeas Corpus to deport the millions of illegal aliens who invaded our country

It’s in the Constitution - Article 1, Section 9

It’s allowed when there is an invasion

FDR used it
Lincoln used it
Ulysses S. Grant used it

And all their faces ended up on our national currency

I hope Trump suspends habeas to repel this historic invasion - we’re more than ready to defend him and take our country back

The latest monster created by SCOTUS is Judge Charlotte Sweeney, a Biden appointee.

After only 10 days of proceedings, one brief from the DOJ, and one hearing, Sweeney had seen enough to not only certify a class of potential Alien Enemies Act subjects in her Colorado jurisdiction but also enter a temporary restraining order.

But that's not all. Emboldened by two SCOTUS rulings inhibiting the president's exercise of the AEA, Sweeney just established new rules for the Trump adm to follow related to "due process" for suspected TdA members set for removal under the AEA.

Sweeney:

"[The Trump administration] shall provide a twenty-one (21) day notice to individuals detained pursuant to the Act and Proclamation. Such notice must state the government intends to remove individuals pursuant to the Act and Proclamation. It must also provide notice of a right to seek judicial review, and inform individuals they may consult an attorney regarding their detainment and the government’s intent to remove them. Such notice must be written in a language the individual understands."

And there is more!

Sweeney--who has been a judge less than 3 years and is a DEI hire--has a background in civil rights and employment law.

However, she--like so many other judges--is suddenly an expert on foreign affairs and immigration policy. She concluded with minimal input from the Trump adm and a brief hearing yesterday that the president was wrong to designate the unprecedented influx of illegal Venezuelans tied to TdA as an "invasion" or "incursion."

Here is Alien Enemies Act expert Charlotte Sweeney:

"These words, fundamentally, demand military and wartime action. The Proclamation makes no finding that satisfies these definitional demands. Thus, to the extent the Proclamation relies on the Act’s 'invasion' and 'incursion' provisions to justify its removal powers, it does so improperly."

So now a DEI hire with no experience in foreign policy, immigration, or government outside of her 30-month stint as a federal judge is telling the president and his administration--you are wrong.

This despite evidence of half a million Venezuelans illegally entering the US in three years under Biden regime.

Stunning, truly.

Future Marker?

===

What former President used the military to save the Republic?

We are then asked “what occurred exactly?”.

The answer: Lincoln. Lincoln invoked the Insurrection Act during the Civil War.

The caveat to this, is that the Supreme Court at the time overruled him, and ruled that suspending Habeas Corpus was unconstitutional.

So what did Lincoln do?

He ignored them.

WHOO BOY: In an order filed last night, Judge James Hendrix--the judge in Texas presiding over latest Alien Enemies Act case which prompted unprecedented intervention by SCOTUS--accused ACLU atty of violating federal code of conduct rules by calling his chambers AFTER Hendrix denied the 1st emergency temp restraining order on April 17.

This was noted on the docket after Hendrix filed his order. Now it makes me wonder if Lee Gelernt did not do exactly the same thing with Judge Jeb Boasberg--which could explain Boasberg's quick action on March 15.

New name - Yoshignoranti.

I live how you never attempt to actually discuss the topics. You just keep sharing fake articles and tweets.

They are lying to you and it makes you look bad. The J6 people were given their complete and total constitutional rights. If you don't agree, tell me what rights they were denied.

There is a big point of contention about the due process they received.

The term “due process” can be interpreted differently, so I won’t argue they didn’t get due process because of the definition.

But they were treated unfairly.

I just hope we treat all democrats the way the J6ers were treated.

I hope they get tried in a 92% republican jury pool. I hope there is NO change of venue, not even 1.

Democrats hate to look in the mirror.

When Brennan and Comey are arrested I hope they are treated the same way.

We ALL know it’s coming. No crying when it happens. No crying when they are treated the same way.

No more double standards.

Not 1 change of venue and the jury pool was 92% democrat.

Does that sound like justice to you?

So they chose to break the law in a heavily democratic area. They committed crimes in that town so we're tried there. That's how it works. That's why Trump was tried in NYC.

Can you prove that any of the juries didn't do their job?

What does any of that have to do with all the guilty pleas?

I’m not going to defend them. There were many that deserved what they got.

I do think many were treated unfairly.

Just remember the sword cuts both ways though. The gripe has been that the field has been slanted and yall are ignoring it. So no complaining when they shoe goes on the other foot.

It’s always the same with you guys. Iron fist vs pillow fight.

Prove that it's slanted instead of ******** and I'd maybe agree with you. You've never been able to provide a shred of proof that anything was done wrong. They broke the law and were punished. That's fact.

How you claim to be the party of law and order is astounding.

When you know you're beaten and have no response, it's the actions of a five your old to trun to insults.

You effectively lose and say," Your Mother"!

It's sorta sad for a grown man. Good luck with putting your straw in your caprisun at lunch today.
