The FBI isn't going after this from an NCAA lense. They're going after this from a pure criminal intent lense. Could there be something? Anything is possible but I'd be extremely surprised and I'm not even in the least bit concerned bc it makes zero sense.

I agree timo but he was head coach and ultimately responsible for his program right?

I'm not against Capel let me make that clear but the program was in trouble

It was on probation before he even got there due to Sampson. I'm not saying sweep it under the rug. What I'm saying is it's been blown massively out of proportion what went on at OU by rival fans to try and do whatever they can to cast a negative light on Duke without any actual facts. It's called desperation.

Personally I am not feeling too terribly confident, what with the FBI raiding Nike and our INCREDIBLY recruiting haul recently, combined with what I've heard over the years from the few basketball people I know. I am hoping that nothing turns up on our front.

I'm not too worried. Sure the recruits are around some shady folks, but this is just my take here, as soon as Duke comes to talk to them, the rats scamper. I think Coach K knows how slimy all these high school circuits are, and believe he's got his staff on same page as him as well.

I had been worried and when it seemed everyone else on the board didn’t seem worried, and also the fact that during the same day the EYBL office was raided, Coach K and Capel were heading down to visit RJ, which made it seem to me that they don’t seem worried, so therefore I’m not worried!

Maybe I'm a blind fan, but I don't get being worried. If you believe K is the best at what he does and does things the right way, then I don't see any reason to be concerned. I'm extremely confident that Duke is not involved because, in my opinion, our involvement would have been the headline already.

Well then, I am glad we did not win any recruiting battles against any shady schools for top recruits who went on to sign Nike deals during that time.

I don't either, but whatever happened prior to 2015 isn't included in the FBI investigation (if some shady stuff went down). If it went down after 2015, when the investigation began, then we're in deep ****.

I think we're good, but you just never know.

I will always believe in the Duke program and the integrity in which it is built upon.

Love seeing rival fans try to tear us down. They would give anyting to have our track record and Coach. UK and UNC programs have scandal herpes.
