As much as I would have liked an all Big Ten final, it's just so hard to root for Penn State in any sport
Maryland over the orange 8-2 at the half. Game has been a little chippy. Syracuse with a number of late hits. Some called, some not. Maryland needs to stay composed in the second half. Hope they go for the jugular early.
Seeing Aimone with a crucial turnover wasn’t the worst thing.
Syracuse embarrassing themselves so far. Cotton candy instagram team. Acc lacrosse is very one dimensional. The moment you slow these teams down they don’t know what to do. Syracuse goalie making it slightly less embarrassing. Could easily be 11 or 12 to 2.
Acc lacrosse by and large is incomplete. Defensive concepts and execution is mid at best. Syracuse in the middle of h to e field is pretty unathletic comparatively. Which is a surprise..
Loved Gait as a player but man he looks lost as a coach.

That 1 minute late hit has more often been called 2 minute unreleasable this year. Carc was right in saying it should be 1 minute. But he ignored the reality of how it HAS been called
Even the ESPN announcers can't help but admit that Maryland is way better than Syracuse. Tillman is completely outcoaching Gait
Well, that was fun. McNaney has had himself a day. So much for the ACC this season. Four teams in the tourney and the last one standing gets stoned. The talent is in the B1G and the Ivy. Orange couldn't help themselves with a late minute cheap shot. 14-8 final.
Big Ten lacrosse as a whole is just more evolved, all led by Maryland. Teams can run when it’s there, play settled O, defensive schemes are very tight, goaltending across the board is top notch. They are changing how the college game is played. If you want to win, you better be really good in every phase.
McNaney, Schaller and Keether should share the MVP for that game. So much for the ACC.
The Big Ten and the Ivy League have passed the ACC by. And I love every minute of it.
