Selling a home without a listing agent

I currently have a house listed with an agent and has been for 3 months. We have no offers yet and have made 5% in price cuts. I'm considering doing a flat fee MLS listing and paying the seller 2.5%. Anyone done this? If so, what is your experience and what site did you use?
